GXO Logistics is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume transportation and warehousing operation. You will own site performance, driving safety, service quality and financial results for blue chip customers. In this role, you'll manage P&L, KPIs and budgets while optimizing labor, inventory and transportation using advanced WMS/TMS, robotics and automation. You'll build and coach teams, champion a safety-first, inclusive culture, and partner closely with customers on continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse and transportation operations to meet safety, service and productivity goals Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and KPI performance for the facility or region Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT and company standards Optimize labor, capacity, routing and workflows using data, WMS/TMS and automation tools Build, coach and evaluate high-performing teams, including supervisors and front-line staff Collaborate with customers on service levels, continuous improvement and business reviews Implement Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Ensure accurate inventory management, order fulfillment and on-time shipments Coordinate with IT, engineering and support teams on new technology implementation Prepare reports and present operational results and improvement plans to senior leadership Required Skills Warehouse management Transportation management P&L management Budgeting and forecasting KPI and performance management WMS and TMS systems Data analysis and reporting Lean/continuous improvement Inventory management Team leadership and people management
