An Automotive General Manager ensures the profitability of a dealership or other automotive service provider by overseeing various departments, possibly including variable operations (sales and financing), fixed operations (service and parts), and the business office (accounting and administration). Duties of the general manager include, but certainly not limited to, planning, motivating and coordinating the dealership's management through leadership and solid business practices.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction across all dealership departments Drive overall dealership sales, profitability, and performance Develop, coach, and support department managers and team members Establish clear goals and hold departments accountable for results Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement Promote a positive, professional, and results-driven workplace culture Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the dealership Oversee staffing, training, and employee development Work closely with ownership and senior leadership on dealership goals and initiatives Ensure dealership operations follow company policies, manufacturer standards, and applicable regulationsQualifications:
Proven automotive dealership management experience Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams Strong business judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Results-driven with a strong focus on accountability Ability to balance sales performance, profitability, employee development, and customer experience Ford experience is a plusBenefits:
