As a Parts Counter Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting our service department, technicians, and customers by helping them find the right parts quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Assist technicians and customers with identifying and locating automotive parts Look up parts using catalogs and dealership systems Process parts orders accurately and efficiently Receive, organize, and maintain parts inventory Communicate with the service department regarding parts availability and special orders Help maintain an organized and efficient parts department Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking as needed

Qualifications:

Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred General automotive knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with computers and parts lookup systems Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Valid driver's license
