Our network of 5 High-end Certified Auto Body Shops in Oregon have solid teams of dedicated staff that we treat like family. Grow with us and help our team put the finishing touch on our repaired vehicles.
EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
We continue to strive for the highest level of skill and technical ability in the industry. As a result, our Auto Body Shop Family of shops has gained certifications from many leading manufacturers.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintenance/upkeep Delegate general daytoday task such as lot clean up, garbage, organizing vehicles, shuttle, etc. Keep record of safety meetings and ensure that concerns are addressed timely. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Review and record use of shop materials and bill according per Repair Order Oversee departments while ensuring growth and development of employees Hire employees that fit the culture and needs of the shop (seasonal and full time) Review employees that are underachieving and also those that go above for proper career path development Responsible for delegating of training between departments
Example:
parts manager moving toward Production/Estimates Review damaged vehicles and assist with developing thorough repair plans that meet the requirement of the OEM's. Assist with preparing estimates Negotiate supplements with customers and insurers Assist with order parts and scheduling sublets Record OEM procedures and document files for insurance company to ensure timely payment Maintain relationships with dealerships and certifications Keep equipment clean and up to date Work with dealerships to satisfy their customer base and work with service advisors to create estimates for their customers and/or transport damages Ensure that volume of shop workflow meets the qualifications of the employees Perform shop meetings with front office and back end of shop Review repair plans for accuracy and make adjustments to fit the needs of each vehicle Quality control checks through repair phases and post repair Applicants must be able to pass a DMV Check and background check Benefits are available after a short probationary period and include Medical/Vision/Dental, a 401(K) plan with company match, paid vacations and paid sick leave
