Job Description

One Extra Consulting is recruiting an Executive Director for our client's premier residential community. This role includes a comprehensive relocation bonus. This leadership position is designed for a high-caliber professional who thrives in a for-profit, established, and beautiful community environment. We are seeking a stable, committed leader who can balance sophisticated hospitality with rigorous operational management and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Director directs day-to-day operations to ensure the health, safety, and total satisfaction of all residents while maintaining strong business acumen. This position oversees the overall management of the community in accordance with professional policies and approved annual plans. Manage the community in accordance with annual business plans, ensuring fiscal health, profitability, and long-term sustainability. Oversee all departments, including Health Services, Sales, Dining, and Maintenance, to ensure they meet elite service and safety standards. Drive the sales process and lead the management team to achieve and maintain 100% resident occupancy. Refine business scaling at the community level, improve market efficiency, and implement senior living best practices. Recruit, train, and mentor a management team of up to 10 department heads, fostering a culture of professional accountability and high-quality service. Ensure the community remains in strict compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and licensure requirements.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of senior management experience in a residential community or a for-profit business environment. Ability to obtain State-specific Administrator Training Certification and licensure per state requirements. Strong financial literacy with the ability to manage P&L, interpret financial reports, and execute complex strategic plans. A professional who prioritizes stability and emotional safety, maintaining a courteous, calm, and authoritative demeanor.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred, or equivalent experience with specific training in senior living administration or management Proficiency in CRM databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health/payroll systems. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and effectively engage with residents, families, and staff.
