Coach Tim's Healthy Meals was founded to help busy, active people thrive every day through nourishing, sustainable, local food. We use organic produce (seasonal), high-quality meats, and zero refined sugar. Our meals are prepared following Paleo / Whole30 style protocols (with occasional allowances). Gluten-free always. We serve The Columbia River Gorge and now Bend, Oregon.
