We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our Salem team. Position Summary The Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, coach and develop team members, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys retail, sales coaching, team development, and building lasting guest relationships.
