Management Trainee - Leadership Development & Community Outreach We partner with nonprofit organizations to help expand their reach through community engagement, face-to-face outreach, and event-based fundraising. About the Role This Management Trainee position is built for candidates who want a clear path into leadership. You'll start by learning the foundations of outreach, donor engagement, and team coordination. As you progress, you'll take on more responsibility, support campaign strategy, and eventually lead your own outreach team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role with structured training , real-world leadership experience , and a defined advancement track into management.
