We are seeking a General Manager / Executive Director to lead the launch of Aviv at Radnor, a vibrant new senior living community opening in 2027. This is more than an executive leadership position. You'll be part of creating a community before the doors even open. From building your leadership team and establishing the culture to preparing for opening day and welcoming your first residents, you'll have the opportunity to shape what Aviv at Radnor becomes for years to come. What We're Looking For:

You're a confident, people-focused leader who can see the big picture while still paying attention to the details. You know how to build relationships, inspire teams, solve problems, and get things done. You'll bring: Senior living or hospitality leadership experience required 3+ years of progressive management experience Strong organizational, communication, and people-leadership skills Proven ability to lead multiple departments and priorities Experience building and developing high-performing teams Strong financial and operational management skills Administrator's License preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Flexibility to support the community as needed, including occasional weekends and after-hours
