We are seeking a General Manager / Executive Director to lead the launch of Aviv at Radnor, a vibrant new senior living community opening in 2027. This is more than an executive leadership position. You'll be part of creating a community before the doors even open. From building your leadership team and establishing the culture to preparing for opening day and welcoming your first residents, you'll have the opportunity to shape what Aviv at Radnor becomes for years to come. And we're looking for someone who brings more than business expertise—you bring heart, energy, hospitality, and a passion for people. Your Opportunity to Make an Impact As General Manager / Executive Director, you'll be the heart of the community and the person who sets the tone for an exceptional resident and employee experience. You'll have the opportunity to: Help build the team: Recruit, inspire, develop, and retain an incredible team from the ground up Create the culture: Establish a welcoming, hospitality-first environment where residents and team members feel valued and connected Lead the launch: Partner with leadership and community stakeholders to prepare for a successful 2027 opening Bring the vision to life: Turn a new building into a vibrant community filled with connection, energy, and purpose Drive results: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and achieve operational goals Lead sales & marketing: Build awareness, develop community relationships, and drive occupancy Champion excellence: Ensure regulatory compliance and consistently high standards across the community Create meaningful connections: Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, donors, community partners, and Jewish community organizations Have fun: Celebrate milestones, recognize great work, and create an environment where people genuinely enjoy being part of the team
What We're Looking For:
You're a confident, people-focused leader who can see the big picture while still paying attention to the details. You know how to build relationships, inspire teams, solve problems, and get things done. You'll bring: Senior living or hospitality leadership experience required 3+ years of progressive management experience Strong organizational, communication, and people-leadership skills Proven ability to lead multiple departments and priorities Experience building and developing high-performing teams Strong financial and operational management skills Administrator's License preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Flexibility to support the community as needed, including occasional weekends and after-hours
