Coffee Shop Management Trainee | Full-Time We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in coffee shop operations and leadership. This is an entry-level, full-time position with a path toward becoming a Store Manager / Head Barista within approximately one year. You do not need to come in knowing everything. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn everything. You will start where everyone starts: the register. From there, you will progressively learn customer service, specialty coffee and tea, opening and closing, daily operations, inventory, problem-solving, training, and eventually shift and store leadership. This position is designed for someone who believes leadership should be earned through understanding the work firsthand, and lead by example. What we're looking for Full-time availability Available weekdays and some weekends Reliable and punctual Comfortable working directly with customers Willing to learn from the ground up Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told everything Comfortable receiving feedback and being held to high standards Interested in growing into a leadership position Coffee experience is not required. We can teach technical skills. What matters more is your work ethic, judgment, consistency, and willingness to take responsibility. This is not an immediate management position. Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, skill development, reliability, and leadership ability.
