Join a dynamic, growth-focused company as a Fitness General Manager. As the Fitness General Manager (GM), you will oversee the overall vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations. This includes leadership across all departments such as fitness, sports and recreation, programming, massage, children's programs and childcare, locker rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk operations, accounting, sales, marketing, and team development. The GM will drive both short- and long-term success by developing and executing strategic plans, launching new programs, and implementing effective policies and procedures. Monitor performance, prepare regular operational reports, and track progress toward achieving established goals. This is a salaried, exempt position. Seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong sports and recreation background.
