Role Summary Rowan is seeking a high-impact senior individual contributor that will work closely with our leadership team to stay focused, aligned, and ahead of the market as we scale. Reporting directly to the CEO, this Sr. Principal-level role will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, translating strategic priorities into clear decisions, accountable ownership, and disciplined follow-through. You will work closely with the CEO and C-suite to frame new opportunities, build and test business cases, strengthen cross-functional capabilities, and transition initiatives to long-term owners. This role operates across the full scope of the business, moving fluidly between technical, commercial, financial, and strategic conversations. The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, earns trust quickly, and creates momentum across a wide range of stakeholders — from engineers and power market experts to board members and capital markets leaders.
