This role is ideal for a leader who has built businesses, commercial capabilities, and teams, not simply managed mature organizations. What You'll Do Develop and execute growth strategies Lead commercial transformation and build best-in-class processes Drive EBITDA growth through pricing, market expansion, and operational excellence Build scalable systems, talent pipelines, and succession plans Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement Who Will Thrive Successful candidates have a track record of: Building commercial organizations and go-to-market strategies Leading business transformation and change Developing high-performing teams and leadership pipelines Implementing commercial excellence disciplines Driving growth in dynamic, resource-constrained environments Key Deliverables (12-24 Months) Accelerated revenue and market growth Improved profitability and commercial execution Stronger talent and leadership bench Scalable operating model for long-term success Required Experience 10+ years of business, commercial, sales, or general management leadership P&L ownership and growth responsibility Proven success leading transformation and organizational change Experience building commercial capabilities from the ground up Strong skills in sales effectiveness, pricing, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field Preferred Experience Packaging, flexible packaging, specialty materials, or related industries Growth-stage or business transformation experience Commercial leadership within high-performing organizations Experience bringing best practices from larger companies into smaller businesses Lean, operational excellence, or continuous improvement expertise This is an opportunity to build, transform, and lead a business poised for significant growth. #LI-TG1 Join our Talent Community (http://careers.dupont.com/us/en/jointalentcommunity) to stay connected with us!
