Territory:
Primarily onsite at Southeast Wisconsin data center projects About the Company Lee Mechanical combines BAS/controls capabilities with a full MEPF construction platform, giving project teams access to integrated mechanical, electrical and controls expertise. Lee works across commercial, industrial and mission-critical environments and emphasizes safety, quality, integrity and successful project delivery. Role Summary The BAS Assistant Project Manager supports planning and execution of building automation and temperature-control projects. The position works closely with project leadership, engineering, field technicians, vendors and customers while developing toward broader project-management responsibility. Key Responsibilities Support BAS project planning and execution. Coordinate project schedules and field activities. Review drawings, specifications and controls sequences. Coordinate material procurement and deliveries. Track equipment and project documentation. Prepare and track RFIs and submittals. Assist with change-order documentation. Track budgets, costs and labor. Coordinate field technicians, vendors and subcontractors. Attend project meetings. Support commissioning, startup and turnover. Assist with punch lists and project closeout. Required Qualifications Construction/project coordination experience or relevant education. Strong organization and time management. Ability to read construction drawings/specifications. Strong written and verbal communication. Microsoft Office proficiency. Valid driver's license. Ability to work regularly onsite. Preferred Qualifications BAS or HVAC controls experience. Mechanical/electrical construction background. Bluebeam experience. Project procurement/documentation experience. Construction Management or Engineering degree. Success Metrics Accurate and timely project documentation. Milestones achieved according to schedule. Effective coordination between office and field.
