Implement effective budgeting practices to maximize profitability while minimizing costs. Analyze retail math to assess sales performance and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions. Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in retail sales strategies. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
