We are seeking an experienced, driven, and strategic General Manager to lead our growing restoration organization across multiple locations throughout South Carolina. This is not a role for someone who is simply looking to manage a single branch or maintain the status quo. We are looking for an accomplished restoration industry leader who understands the demands of this business, knows how to build and develop strong teams, and has the experience to lead a growing, multi-location organization. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing leadership talent, strengthening business processes, and delivering measurable results across our South Carolina operations. You will work closely with ownership and senior leadership to establish direction, execute growth strategies, and build the structure necessary for long-term success. What You'll Own:

As the General Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance and continued growth of our South Carolina operations. Revenue, Profitability & Financial Performance Drive revenue growth and profitability across all South Carolina locations. Establish and monitor financial goals, budgets, and key performance indicators. Identify opportunities to improve margins, control costs, and strengthen financial performance. Partner with ownership and leadership to align operational execution with company-wide financial objectives. Multi-Location Operations & Performance Oversee operational performance across multiple South Carolina locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability. Establish performance expectations for branch and department leaders. Monitor production, project performance, resource allocation, and operational results. Ensure teams have the systems, processes, and support necessary to meet organizational goals. Leadership Development & Accountability Lead, coach, and develop managers and department leaders across the organization. Build a culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Set clear expectations and provide consistent feedback, coaching, and performance management. Identify and develop future leaders to support organizational growth and succession planning. Ensure managers are equipped to lead their teams effectively and deliver results. Sales & Business Development Drive sales growth and strengthen business development strategies across South Carolina. Partner with sales and operational leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and expand market presence. Establish accountability for sales performance, customer relationships, and business development initiatives. Support the development of strategic partnerships and opportunities that contribute to long-term growth. Production & Project Performance Ensure production and project teams consistently meet performance, quality, and customer service expectations. Monitor project timelines, operational efficiency, and department performance. Identify obstacles, resolve escalated challenges, and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Promote consistent adherence to company standards, restoration best practices, and safety expectations. Company-Wide Processes & Systems Evaluate and improve processes across locations and departments to support scalability and operational consistency. Implement systems and procedures that improve communication, efficiency, and accountability. Identify operational gaps and lead initiatives to strengthen the organization. Partner with leadership to support the implementation of company-wide standards and strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a proven restoration leader who has the experience and ability to manage people, lead operations, and drive business results across a growing organization.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of professional restoration industry experience , with a demonstrated understanding of restoration operations and business practices. 5+ years of management and leadership experience , including responsibility for teams, operational performance, and employee development. Demonstrated experience leading managers, department leaders, or multiple operational functions. Proven experience managing or supporting operations across multiple locations, branches, or markets. Strong understanding of restoration workflows, production, project management, and customer service. Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, budgets, revenue goals, and operational KPIs. Experience developing and holding leaders accountable to performance expectations. Strong business judgment, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel between South Carolina locations as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a General Manager, Regional Manager, Division Manager, Operations Manager, or comparable leadership position within the restoration industry. Experience overseeing multiple branches, territories, or restoration markets. Experience with water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and/or reconstruction. IICRC certifications or strong knowledge of restoration industry standards. Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, profitability management, and operational reporting. Experience supporting organizational growth, acquisitions, or the integration of new locations. Familiarity with restoration technology, estimating platforms, and production management systems. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
