✨ Lead and support department heads across the hotel ✨ Build strong, positive relationships with your team through open communication and timely response of all items concerning their areas of supervision ✨ Help set goals, create action plans, and celebrate progress ✨ Monitor performance on a set schedule and report wins (and challenges) to the GM and their effect on profitability and stability of hotel operations ✨ Keep our guests happy by ensuring a safe, high-quality experience from check-in to check-out What You Bring to theTable:
