About Super Llama Inflatable Park Super Llama Inflatable Park is the ultimate destination for high-energy fun, featuring a massive indoor inflatable playground, interactive games, and family-friendly attractions. Our mission is to provide safe, memorable, and wildly fun experiences for guests of all ages. We're growing fast—and we're looking for energetic, people-first leaders to help us manage the fun! Position Summary As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) , you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of Super Llama Inflatable Park. You'll lead a team of energetic crew members, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and keep the park running smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, family-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in all aspects of park operations, including staffing, training, inventory, and scheduling Supervise and motivate front-line staff to ensure excellent guest service and adherence to safety standards Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor facility cleanliness, equipment safety, and maintenance needs Oversee cash handling, register operations, and daily financial reporting Support event planning and execution (birthday parties, group events, etc.) Help implement marketing promotions and special events Step in as acting manager in the GM's absence Maintain and step in to meet marketing and social media deadlines Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (entertainment, hospitality, or retail industry preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High-energy personality with a passion for fun and safety Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and be active on your feet for extended periods CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
