The AT&T Management Trainee will learn the products and services our company offers and present them to customers, having a creative approach to bring our devices to life. The AT&T Management Trainee will start in an entry level position to learn the ins and outs of the business and is someone who wants to grow their skills in sales, leadership, and team development. The AT&T Management Trainee role will involve strong communication, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales. Responsibilities:

Help manage and oversee a small team of sales representatives and manage new hires Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized support to tailor solutions to customer needs Identify new business opportunities and stay informed on market trends to boost sales Participate in training to stay updated on sales techniques and industry developments Track and report sales activities and results to ensure goals are consistently met Manage follow-ups and maintain detailed customer records to provide ongoing support AT&T Management Trainee (Sales)

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business roles is a plus Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with customers and fellow team members Proven ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines consistently Drive to increase productivity
