Job Summary and Qualifications ​ ​ The Vice President, Quality promotes high quality, patient-centered care by overseeing aspects of the Quality Management/Patient Safety Program(s) and Performance Improvement programs across complex org anizations (multi-site campus, service lines ) . The Vice President ensures the facilitation and utilization of diverse strategies and communication for quality and performance improvement, providing an integrated framework for monitoring, evaluating, and improving quality of care. Th e Vice President promotes performance improvement to drive care excellence and oversees the hospital regulat ory and accreditation program. ​ What qualifications you will need: Ba chelor's d egree in nursing or health-related field required Maste r's d egree in nursing or health-related field preferred 3+ years data analysis in a healthcare setting 4 + years experience in healthcare quality/risk management with demonstrated leadership Currently licensed as a registered nurse or health professional in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation preferred. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or obtain within 12 months or have (CHCQM) ​ Certification in Healthcare Quality Management (CHCQM) or obtain within 12 months or have (CPHQ) Benefits Methodist Hospital Hill Country, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
