Job Description
Service Manager Enviro-Master Services of Houston SW Houston, TX Position Description:
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business while advancing the goals and objectives of the organization. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position leads and develops a growing team of Health and Safety Technicians, ensures exceptional customer service and operational excellence, oversees quality control initiatives, and plays a key role in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent. The Service Manager will work closely with the General Manager to implement company policies, drive route profitability, and support continued business growth.SCHEDULE

- Starting salary $65,000 based on experience, plus upsell commissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain Health and Safety Technicians
- Train, coach, and certify Health and Safety Technicians
- Develop and manage weekly route schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Conduct weekly ride-a longs and coaching sessions
- Deliver quarterly performance evaluations
- Manage supplies and equipment maintenance
- Perform floor scrub operations at a variety of customer sites
- Manage, plan, schedule, and execute large projects related to Sani-Scrubs.
- Perform new account installations
- Conduct Quality Control visits to existing customers
- Meet or exceed weekly and period route revenue goals established by the General Manager
- Maintain the ability to perform all service routes and operational services as business needs require
- Partner with the General Manager to drive operational efficiency, route profitability, and customer retention

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of people management experience required, including direct responsibility for hiring, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development
- High School diploma, associate degree preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:
