Job responsibilities at a glance:

Assist in party coordination over all appointments Complete party paperwork, follow-up calls, create balloon garlands, and prepare supplies Ensure daily operations and open play run smoothly Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the play areas and party areas New hire training and ongoing mentorship for all staff Aid in the management and submission of social media content Accurately book parties with clients using sales techniques and persuasive marketing Willingly fill in for unstaffed parties or events as the host Delegate tasks to Party Hosts as needed; Step in to assist Party Hosts as needed Communicate regularly with your supervisor, the General Manager Assistant General Managers will be required to work every weekend and will have two days off during the week.
