Through a phased rotational framework, trainees will acquire in-depth knowledge of raw material procurement, international sales and market development, plant operations, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to a specialized functional track and developed for long-term leadership responsibilities overseeing non-ferrous metal business operations in the U.S. region.
Functional Tracks (Post-Rotation Placement) Sales and Business Development Recycled Copper Procurement Production and Operations Management Process Engineering Quality Management Equipment and Facilities Technology Principal Responsibilities Engage in a structured rotational program spanning procurement, sales, production, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology functions. Develop a thorough understanding of the non-ferrous metal recycling and smelting value chain, including upstream sourcing, downstream distribution, and operational excellence. Support ongoing business operations through data analysis, performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Participate in cross-functional projects and deliver structured presentations and recommendations to senior leadership. Cultivate professional relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers within a global business environment. Achieve defined training milestones and demonstrate readiness for specialized functional placement upon program completion.
