Store Manager Position Summary Our store managers are directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination and evaluation of their store.

A store manager oversees all sales, accounting, service and collection activities at the single-store level while delegating certain responsibilities to their respective team members. Managers are expected to meet company objectives, maintain inventory and continually nurture a family culture that focuses on serving the customer.
