Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. May act as an advisor to the chief executive, or responsible for the management of executive support staff. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.

Master's degree in Higher Education Leadership, Public Administration, Business, or a related field 5 years of progressive leadership or strategic initiatives experience in a complex organizational settingPreferred Qualifications Preferred:
Ph.D. or Ed.D. in a relevant field Demonstrated experience translating a strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable KPIs Exceptional written and oral communication skills Experience facilitating a significant strategic shift, accreditation cycle, or leadership transition at a higher education institution Background Check?
