A Leisure Care General Manager brings the magic —leading with heart, energy, and a true passion for people. What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and direction to all departments and staff Build and maintain a positive, service-driven community culture Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive results Lead sales and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals Recruit, train, and retain top talent Oversee maintenance and operations to ensure high-quality standards
What We're Looking For:
Senior living or hospitality leadership experience required 3+ years of progressive management experience Strong organizational, communication, and people leadership skills Administrator's License preferred Proven ability to manage multiple departments and priorities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Must have ability to support community as needed, including occasional weekends and after hours if needed
