Full-time Omni Military Loans (www.omnimilitaryloans.com), a leader in the military consumer finance field for over 50 years, is seeking a performance-minded leader with extensive military experience to serve as General Manager. If you enjoy the challenge of running your own business unit, controlling your pay, hiring, training, and mentoring your staff, while working with military commands on base and local businesses, and maintaining contact with service members, then this position is for you.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations for our Local Office. Ensure the creation & implementation of strategies designed to grow the business. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and military chains of command for purposes of advancing business. Engage in key customer activities such as instructional presentations to small groups of service members Oversee hiring and talent development programs. Ensure overall quality and customer satisfaction standards are met Report on key results to corporate officers

Required Qualifications:

Outgoing personality, great people skills, and a can-do attitude. Profit-motivated and Performance Driven. General office skills and computer expertise required. Clean Driving History. Ability to create and maintain a local marketing program. Able to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the military, local units, chains of command, military support programs to include MWR, Family Support Center services, and other quality of life programs.
