Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Salary:
$215,000–$240,000 + 30%

Beloit, WI Why This Opportunity Stands Out Newly created leadership opportunity with significant visibility across the organization Opportunity to build and develop the Treasury function and team Growing, entrepreneurial organization with a strong track record of expansion Collaborative, casual culture with strong benefits and employee perks Key Responsibilities Lead daily global cash positioning, short- and long-term liquidity management, and cash forecasting across Hendricks and related entities Manage cash, credit facilities, short-term investments, and liquidity strategies to optimize capital and minimize interest expense Design and implement a Treasury Management System integrated with ERP and payment workflows Manage banking and merchant processing relationships, including account structures, fees, automation, and operational risk Partner with Accounting, AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations on cash management, reconciliation, liquidity planning, and capital allocation Establish and maintain treasury policies, payment controls, approval frameworks, and fraud prevention processes Evaluate interest rate, foreign exchange, counterparty, and other financial risks Provide strategic analysis related to debt, financing, capital structure, and liquidity Build and develop the Treasury organization as the function grows Qualifications 12+ years of experience in corporate treasury or finance, including 5+ years leading treasury operations or capital structures Proven experience with cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, and capital optimization Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; real estate experience strongly preferred EB-6640333446
