Responsibilities:

Candidates are responsible for the planning, purchasing, organization, management and all other supervisory duties after completion of a rotational program. Possible areas of assignment include supervision of manufacturing departments, sales, scheduling, or quality assurance.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business/Management field (Other Degrees Considered) Problem-Solving, communication, and organizational skills Excellent work ethic and ability and interest to assume greater responsibility Ability to lead teams to successful outcomes Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite Past leadership experience preferred (scholastic, work, and/or organizations) Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check Must be eligible to be legally employed in the
