Management Trainee Responsibilities:
Participate actively in management training programs focused on developing skills in sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and business development Support the execution of B2C sales strategies, including prospecting and lead generation efforts to expand client base Contribute to territory sales planning and execution by identifying new opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and customer outreach initiatives to boost brand presence Management Trainee Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Strong interest in management, sales, marketing, or business development roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and negotiation Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-changing environment Reliable Transportation to commute to our office Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills for market analysis and customer needs assessment
