This position ensures that through a systematic outreach process, eligible children and families will be enrolled in the Early Head Start (EHS) Program and the Infant/Toddler Services program. The HS/EHS Manager will also oversee the Head Start transportation services. The EHS/HS Manager will provide support to the EHS program to ensure quality early childhood services including prenatal services to pregnant mothers. The EHS/HS Manager will oversee the Infant/Toddler grant services providing special needs resources and programming to eligible infants and toddlers and their families. The HS/EHS Manager will have cultural sensitivity to the surrounding tribal community. This position is a full-time grant funded position and is contingent upon renewal of the grant. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.Minimum Requirements:
Driving Requirements:
Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.Experience:
Two years in the field of Health and Safety &/or Head Start/EHS with supervisory experience. Must be willing to obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire.Education:
