Job Description

Salary Range Min $50,754 - Max $76,132 Job Summary Under minimal direction and supervision of the Programs Captain, the Reentry Services Program Manager will provide strategic leadership, management, organization, direction, and supervision of all operations and activities of the Reentry Services Program. The Manager will offer case management services to Reentry Program clients that may include alternative detention programs. Must exercise independent judgment and discretion; develops plans and administers the program budget; monitors all RISE and Reentry Services Grant activities; ensures the County remains in compliance with the grant agreement; provides evaluation of project progress and impact. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required. Work experience in a similar field and college education may be considered equivalent. Two years supervisory experience preferred; significant experience/education in a related field can be considered equivalent. Must have experience in financial management to include: budget development, implementations, oversight and expense forecasting. Must be able to comprehend and interpret written New Mexico Association of Counties Jail Standards and Curry County Detention Center Policy and Procedures. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills, including ability to set up and maintain program monitoring systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required. Valid NM Driver's License. No DWI conviction within the past three (3) years. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information. Ability to perform all essential duties as listed below. Ability to perform the essential duties in the working conditions described below. Ability to work with the equipment, tools and materials listed below. Must comply with safety guidelines and policies of the County.
