He/she is responsible for completing tasks including but not limited to: supervising case management staff to ensure compliance with charting/documentation, preparing monthly statistical reports (e.g. food stamps, food expense, and petty cash), handling client benefits and following up with SSI, Food Stamps, Public Assistance, etc. Program Supervisor is also responsible for conducting/reviewing fire drills, ensuring compliance with safety checklists, as well as ensuring that a clean, safe environment is maintained for all residents. Program Supervisor must monitor and ensure medication compliance, attends and actively participates in monthly and annual trainings/in-services both on and off-sites, and overall represents the department and hospital in a professional manner. Additional Requirements Minimum two years' experience in mental health and/or residential setting required. Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent computer skills Proficient in data reporting system Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Working knowledge of medical and/or behavioral health care environments and terminology.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred Valid driver's license in good standing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
