Non-profit agency seeks Contracts Manager to act as a central liaison between the agency and funding sources to secure and sustain financial operations. Identify new funding opportunities, and work closely with management team to gather data, measure program outcomes, and align grant efforts with programmatic needs.

Preferred:

Experience with non-profit reporting to local, state and federal funding sources. 3 to 5 years of experience in non-profit data collection, reporting to government grants that support victim services, legal services and housing a plus. Qualifications and Skills Exceptional written communication and editing skills with the ability to translate complex program data into persuasive narratives Maintain a comprehensive reporting calendar to track deadlines for reporting and renewals Maintain positive relationships with project managers Ability to analyze data and create pathways for improvement Maintain accuracy and integrity system Adhere to company policy particularly matters of confidentiality Evaluate team members performance in submitting accurate data Consolidate qualitative and quantitative data

Pay:

$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
