Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tool Crib Attendant to support operations within a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production teams have the tools, materials, and equipment needed to maintain efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have a background in assembly, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stay organized in a high-demand environment. Key Responsibilities Issue, track, and receive tools and equipment for production teams Maintain accurate inventory of all tools, parts, and supplies Inspect tools for wear, damage, or defects and report issues as needed Organize and maintain the tool crib for efficiency and accessibility Support production by preparing tooling, materials, and job kits Assist with ordering, stocking, and replenishing tools and supplies Perform routine inventory counts and update tracking systems Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with company standards Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams ( Tool crib roles typically focus on inventory control, issuing tools, and ensuring equipment is maintained and available for production ) Qualifications Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or tool crib/inventory roles preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and equipment High attention to detail and organizational skills Someone who's open to learning and is coachable Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, etc.) Ability to lift, move, and organize tools/materials as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Must have a positive attitude Preferred (Not Required) Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems Forklift or material handling experience Why Apply?
