We're a little non-traditional, a little on the edge, but that's what makes us such a fun company to work for. Motorcycles, skateboards, low-riders, hardcore/punk music, and flannels in our closets. That's who we are, and we were tired of flannels that didn't fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We worked hard and did it better and rolled out the first Dixxon flannel in 2013 and we haven't looked back since! We continue to be all about growth and change! We are looking for team members to join our team who enjoy a rewarding, fun, fast-paced, physical position.
Warehouse Responsibilities:
  • Perform and maintain daily cycle counts and notify leadership of any discrepancies.
  • Manage and operate the Fulcrum Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Adapt and continue knowledge with the WMS as it grows and changes
  • Investigate inventory concerns and issues as they arise
  • Follows all inventory control procedures and suggests new inventory processes
  • Perform product quality inspections when required
  • Reviewing inventory records to ensure that the correct number of products are available for sale or use
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
  • Pick, verify, package customer orders accurately
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Receive, unload and locate inventory items appropriately
  • Abide by all company safety policies and procedures
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedures
  • Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
  • Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
  • Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
  • Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment and work at heights up to 35ft
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 50 pounds Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures Ability to maintain a high level of physicality - twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching. Able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods All of the above items must be able to be executed daily, without restriction. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance Able to report to work daily with a positive mental attitude and willing to put in the hard work and effort daily. Annual merit increases are available based on individual performance, job performance, and overall contribution to the team. Must be available to work 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday in our Chandler Fulfillment Center. Overtime/weekend work required during peak season and when necessary.
