Position Summary The Tray Operations Specialist is responsible for accurately fulfilling surgical tray requests and ensuring each tray is complete, organized, and ready for shipment. Working closely with the Operations team, this role helps ensure surgeons receive the correct instruments and implants for their procedures. Success in this position comes from being organized, dependable, and committed to accuracy. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and fulfilling surgical tray requests. Verify tray contents using pick lists and company procedures. Help organize surgical instruments, implants, and tray components. Package and prepare trays for shipment. Perform final accuracy checks before trays are released for shipping. Update tray request information and inventory transactions in company systems. Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and stock replenishment. Communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies to the Tray Operations team. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support other warehouse and tray operations projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; currently pursuing or recently completed a college degree is a plus. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable with good attendance and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move surgical trays and boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. Ability to safely handle surgical instruments and inventory. No prior medical device experience? That's okay!
