687 WHAT WE NEED This position maintains accurate and traceable inventory of all maintenance parts and acts as the point person for inventory related questions. This position is responsible for generating ideas and assisting in the implementation of initiatives to improve quality and delivery, and maintain a high quality, clean and efficient work environment that meets all customer requirements. Employees in this position are responsible for operating forklifts to retrieve, move and store maintenance parts, equipment, or other materials, all while adhering to GMP, Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations and policies. This role is on the 1st shift

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drives to deliver prompt accurate information to ensure maintenance inventory levels are correct, controlled and available while reporting any inventory discrepancies to the maintenance supervisor Have effective knowledge maintenance parts warehouse layout. Accurately complete all required paperwork and SAP transactions for the movement of materials through the inventory and maintenance work order process. Receive all maintenance parts physically and virtually. Put away all parts received into the maintenance inventory. Add support equipment, parts and support information into SAP to support the CMMS. Support and collaborate with the Maintenance Planner on maintenance parts inventory and continuous improvement projects as needed. Create and complete cycle counts as directed to do so by the Maintenance Supervisor Complete year-end audits, bin realignment, inventory strategy items, etc. Act as lead support for finance personnel during physical inventories Work with supervisor on waste disposal.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL A
minimum of two (2) years of experience in an inventory parts environment. Ability to be trained and learn required transactions in SAP for inventory control. Forklift experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able and willing to learn transactions in our MRO system, SAP S/4Hana. This includes accurate data entry and process adherence. #LI-EP1
