This hands-on role combines janitorial upkeep with inventory and warehouse support, including receiving, restocking, inventory tracking, shipment preparation, and material movement. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while following company safety procedures and applicable cannabis industry regulations. Responsibilities
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work, warehouse, storage, and common areas through sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, waste removal, and general facility upkeep.
  • Receive, inspect, store, organize, and restock supplies and materials; maintain accurate inventory records and complete routine counts and audits.
  • Fulfill internal supply requests, prepare outgoing shipments and pallets, and transfer inventory between warehouse or storage locations with accurate documentation.
  • Load and unload trucks and safely operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and support teams to maintain stock levels, support timely replenishment, and improve facility organization and workflow.
  • Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, SOPs, and applicable cannabis regulations; promptly report safety, maintenance, or facility concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs. Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • One (1) year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, facilities, or similar operational environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management or tracking systems; ability to read and follow safety, operating, and maintenance instructions.
  • Cannabis industry experience and knowledge of applicable compliance requirements preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
