Junior Inventory Clerk Shannon's Corner Long Beach, CA Job Details Part-time From $19 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Dependability Attention to detail Friendly demeanor Full Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Inventory Clerk to join our inventory team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and assisting with order receiving. The ideal candidate has a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in inventory control while contributing to the smooth flow of products. Duties Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records for bar and supply products Support accurate stock counting and reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy Help with order receiving processes, including order liquor, beer, and product deliveries Restock 4 venues with the necessary alcohol products based on daily breakage and par records Contribute to process and housekeeping improvement projects aimed at optimizing organization and cleanliness Use google sheets (basic-level Excel knowledge) to maintain restock records Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as inventory management, bar management, and kitchen staff to ensure all areas of inventory are controlled, all bars and storage areas remain clean and organized Assist with additional duties as requested, including cleaning and organizing storage areas, office spaces, beer keg cooler rooms, etc. Skills Basic analysis skills with some familiarity with spreadsheets. Experience with inventory management, warehouse work, or bar/restaurant work a plus. Knowledge of bar and alcohol products, basic product storage and accounting methods Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and efficiciency Schedule Requirements (Shifts are normally 8 am - 2 pm) Must work mornings (Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun) Must work weekends Schedule subject to increased days/hours based on performance and capabilities Join our team as a Junior Inventory Clerk to begin your journey in gaining hands-on experience in inventory management, bar & restaurant operations, and order processing!
