Warehouse Intake Associate Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30
PM Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Intake Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming inventory while ensuring accuracy within our warehouse management and ERP systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. Key Responsibilities Unload and process all incoming shipments. Receive deliveries and sign shipment paperwork upon receipt. Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage. Verify products against purchase orders, sales orders, packing slips, and invoices, including quantity, quality, and pricing. Receive and enter purchase orders and sales orders into the ERP system. Store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Replenish inventory stock as needed. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits. Document and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and other issues within the ERP system. Coordinate with procurement staff regarding expected deliveries.
