10 pm - 6:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

Verify shipment paperwork, labels, counts, and supporting documentation. Confirm all freight received, shipped, and transferred is properly accounted for. Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies. Review and verify shipment counts before freight is released or loaded. Communicate regularly with Operations, supervisors, warehouse staff, and other departments. Assist with tracking shipments and resolving documentation or inventory issues. Enter and update information in warehouse management systems and spreadsheets. Ensure paperwork is completed, organized, and filed according to company procedures. Provide daily updates regarding shipment status, inventory, and outstanding issues. Assist supervisors with administrative tasks and operational reporting. Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass TSA background check. At least 1 year of warehouse experience. Forklift experience is a big plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts. Capable of completing freight forwarding forms and documents. Fast-paced work environment; must be able to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations. As a 24/7 operation, weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Cold Storage Environment:

Freezers at 0-15 degrees. Coolers at 28-39 degrees. Loading docks at 40-55 degrees.
