And we have no plans of slowing down. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Materials Coordinator to support material and inventory operations at our LAX HUB. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating material replenishment, tracking PDA devices, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain support and is comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Manage HUB material inventory and conduct regular cycle counts. Manage and track PDA devices, including assignment, maintenance, and loss prevention. Monitor material usage and forecast future inventory needs. Coordinate material purchasing and replenishment with the Procurement team. Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare inventory reports. Investigate inventory discrepancies and support inventory audits. Coordinate material deliveries, shipments, and vendor communications. Identify shortages, excess inventory, and replenishment needs to support daily operations. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in materials coordination, inventory control, purchasing, warehouse operations, or supply chain support. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes. Experience maintaining inventory records and ensuring material availability. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with PDA devices and inventory management systems preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
