This role combines inventory control, quality assurance, and stand-up reach forklift operation. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, experience maintaining inventory accuracy, and the ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate a stand-up reach forklift to transport, store, and retrieve inventory safely and efficiently. Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels. Conduct quality inspections on inbound and outbound products to ensure they meet company standards. Verify product quantities, item numbers, lot numbers, labels, and packaging accuracy. Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and quality issues. Assist with put-away, replenishment, and location verification to maintain inventory integrity. Load, unload, and stage inventory while following warehouse procedures. Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to complete inventory transactions. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and quality findings. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 2 years of stand-up reach forklift experience ✅ At least 1 year of recent, consistent stand-up reach forklift operating experience ✅ Previous experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or quality control within a warehouse or distribution center ✅ Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies and quality concerns ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift ✅ Reliable attendance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environmentIf you're an experienced stand-up reach operator with a strong background in inventory accuracy and quality control , we'd love to hear from you.
