You'll be: Managing the complete process for returned merchandise, from initial receipt to final disposition. Inspecting returned and damaged goods to determine condition, eligibility for return, and next steps such as rework, return to stock, or scrap. Accurately logging returns, updating inventory systems, and processing financial adjustments like chargebacks or credits. Serving as a point of contact for customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries. Ensuring returned items are put away in correct locations and assisting with inventory reconciliation and stock takes. Moving and organizing merchandise using pallet jacks and scanners, while maintaining a clean workspace. Communicating with customers and vendors regarding returns and credits. Performing other duties as assigned. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED; or 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess strong attention to detail for inventory tracking and documentation. Are skilled in communication and organization. Have physical ability to lift and pull heavy objects in a warehouse environment. Bring experience in electrical, industrial, or distribution settings (preferred, but not required). Can reliably attend on-site and are seeking a full-time position. Are able to complete an interview as part of the hiring process.
