Job Description

Tig Welder Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Associate with inventory management experience to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, tracking, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a safe and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock audits. Update and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages. Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations for efficient product retrieval. Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (as certified). Label, sort, and stage materials according to company procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and inventory control experience. Experience with inventory management systems, RF scanners, and cycle counting. Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain inventory records. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory software. Forklift certification is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Preferred Skills Inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigation. Experience with shipping and receiving processes. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. Schedule Full-time Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs. Pay Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Pay Details:
$24.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
