Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock control, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements and collaborate across departments to meet organizational goals. Duties Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and merchandising teams to forecast demand, plan replenishments, and optimize stock levels. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software (such as ERP systems), and warehouse operations. Knowledge of supply chain management principles including demand planning, procurement, sourcing, and logistics. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively. Experience with materials handling equipment. Excellent organizational skills combined with strong math aptitude for financial analysis and modeling. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier negotiations. Technical proficiency in spreadsheets, inventory control systems, and data collection methods is essential. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary during stock handling activities.
Pay:
$17.50 per hour
