What You'll Do As a Parts Warehouse Receiver, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency through the timely processing of incoming shipments, customer returns, vendor claims, and inventory transfers. Key Responsibilities Receive and process daily parts deliveries from small package carriers, LTL shipments, and company trucks Process customer returns and work closely with Customer Service to ensure Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) are handled quickly and accurately Receive and process inbound inventory transfers from other Wesco Turf locations Maintain an organized and accurate RGA inventory area for returned products awaiting vendor claims or reassignment Manage special-order customer products and newly stocked inventory Promptly put away received products and assign accurate warehouse locations Process weekly vendor claims and inventory adjustments as needed Inspect returned parts to verify they are in new and resellable condition Assist with receiving and stocking weekly Toro inventory orders Maintain warehouse bin location accuracy and inventory availability Monitor warehouse supply inventories, including boxes, labels, bags, and shipping materials Support shipping operations by pulling, packing, and preparing orders when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, utility carts, RF scanners, and inventory management systems Build strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a team-oriented culture Continuously develop your skills through training and professional development opportunities Why Join Wesco Turf Health & Wellness Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees and dependents Access to a variety of wellness resources, including mental health and financial well-being programs Performance Rewards Competitive compensation Company-wide annual bonus program tied to sales performance Wesco has achieved bonus eligibility goals every year for the past decade Potential bonus equivalent to up to three weeks of additional pay Monthly performance incentive opportunities for Operations team members

Requirements:

What Do You Need?
