Asset Management Supervisor Confidential Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee discount Life insurance Qualifications Operational analysis Inventory management Process improvement Attention to detail Time management Full Job Description What the ideal candidate will do: (Duties to include but not limited to) Oversee companywide purchasing and inventory of uniforms, supplies, equipment, and other operational materials. Manage the purchasing of uniforms companywide, including ordering, distribution, and replenishment. Maintain accurate inventory records and track uniforms companywide. Purchase, monitor, and maintain inventory levels of office and company supplies. Establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure departments have the necessary supplies and equipment. Supervise and oversee the Maintenance Department and ensure assigned maintenance responsibilities are completed timely and properly. Conduct regular audits and inspections of maintenance work, including parking lots, signage, cleanliness, equipment, and overall property conditions. Monitor maintenance work orders and follow up to ensure work is completed according to company standards. Hold maintenance personnel accountable for completing assigned work and maintaining established company standards. Identify maintenance issues, recurring problems, and areas requiring corrective action and communicate findings to management. Perform routine site visits to inspect completed maintenance work and verify quality and compliance with company expectations. Coordinate purchasing and inventory needs with the Maintenance Department to ensure required materials and equipment are available. Maintain accurate records of maintenance supplies, equipment, work orders, and inventory. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports related to purchasing, inventory, maintenance activity, and audit findings. Work closely with management and department leaders to identify operational needs and improve processes. Assist with establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures for purchasing, inventory control, and maintenance. Ensure company resources, supplies, equipment, and inventory are properly secured, tracked, and utilized. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Who the ideal candidate is:
Minimum of 2 years of purchasing, inventory, operations, maintenance coordination, or related experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience overseeing or auditing maintenance operations is a plus. Must be highly organized and extremely detail-oriented. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Accounting or purchasing experience is a plus. Ability to analyze reports, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective action. Must be comfortable holding employees and departments accountable for meeting established company standards. Ability to communicate expectations in a professional, positive, and respectful manner. Demonstrated strong work ethic, integrity, dependability, and credibility. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with management and other departments. Must be willing to travel between company locations and conduct routine maintenance and inventory audits as needed.
