Run daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and analyze item performance Reconcile production with Ross software and physical counts; correct variances before batch close Maintain and improve inventory reporting, including daily inventory and variance reports Perform inventory adjustments and conduct cycle counts and full physical inventories Visually validate inventory by day, date, and location to ensure accuracy Update the daily inventory tracker and report inventory status in OEE and shift meetings Partner with Shipping and Production teams to verify inventory and support order fulfillment Ensure accurate inventory levels and accountability for discrepancies Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hoursQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED, required Prior inventory control experience with a minimum one (1) year inventory management experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Refrigerated warehouse or production/manufacturing experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities with effective time‑management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service orientation Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic math and accurately recording data (bilingual skills a plus) Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
